In honour of Christmas and the joy of giving I thought I would have a PAY WHAT YOU CAN SALE.

If you email me before 10pm on Sunday 18 December 2011 to arrange a photo session for anytime in the new year you can pay me what you can.

What you get:

You can have a photo session for an individual, couple, family or groupwhich will last between one and two hours.
I will send you a selection of photos of which you can choose 10 for printing at 7″ x 5″.

If you are interested in receiving larger prints, a CD or other photographic item please let me know.

I really feel that it shouldn’t be a privilege to have photos of you and your family or loved ones so this is my way of sharing the opportunity to do so.

This is a great Christmas present for a loved one that has a bit of a twist. If you would like to give this as a gift I can post you a “voucher” for you to present on Christmas day (although I cannot be held responsible if mail doesn’t arrive before Christmas).

Fine print:

I am based in London and will only be able to travel further out for an additional amount to cover travel. Sorry.

A holding deposit of £10 will be payable at the time of booking and any balance will be required 2 weeks prior to the photo shoot.

Also, please note that I will be away during February and March so unfortunately no photography sessions will be able to be taken at that time.

A little bit of styling

I recently helped my friend Don out with organising and styling a themed wedding shoot for submission to some wedding blogs. Very excited that it is on Rock ‘n Roll Bride today! It is a bit of vintage mixed with high street but my favourite part (aside from the gorgeous pictures of course) was the idea of a hot chocolate bar. Head on over to have a look.

I met Catherine at her new apartment which is in the throws of renovation but has amazing light (with her excellent taste I imagine it will look pretty stunning when it is done). Catherine and I had imagined a shoot with her adorable bunny rabbit Scampi but he wasn’t having any of it so we went with a simpler plan

I had a great time with Catherine because she was up for anything, really sweet and has the most amazing skin. And just in case you are wondering I haven’t been hiring models. London ladies are just hot!

The first photo is my absolute favourite, she just looks so gorgeous. Though the ones in the faux fur are also very ’70s gangster glam, don’t you think?

Last week I met up with the lovely Ana Maria. She is just about the bubbliest person I have ever met and we got rather distracted, chatting more than photo taking. All good fun though.

Ana Maria wanted some potential marketing photos as she has just launched (today!) an online vintage shop called The Pond Market. If you want an idea of her vintage tastes check out that gorgeous necklace she is wearing. It seems there was no way I could bribe her to part with it but there are some lovely things in the shop that I am already eyeing out.

I met fellow blogger Jessica a few weeks ago in Battersea Park for a photography session. This was my first time taking “professional” pictures of someone I didn’t know (or at least hadn’t met in real life) and so we were both a little nervous, although I think we both eventually both relaxed.

Jessica brought her little dog Keffie along who was very eager to “make friends” with some squirrels, although they were having none of it.

We were also really lucky in that Carters Steam Fair had just arrived in town so we had a couple fun back-drops to play with.

I am very lucky in that I have gorgeous friends who are willing to let me have them dress up in cocktail dresses and do some knitting. These are some photos I took on a beautiful sunny autumn day.

This is just the start of what I hope will be an exciting adventure.
